Senior Treasury Systems Consultant

As a Senior Treasury Systems Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in advising our clients on the effective use and implementation of treasury management systems.

​

This position demands a blend of technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and client-focused consultancy.

 

You will be responsible for diagnosing complex financial operations, delivering bespoke solutions, and ensuring that our clients can fully utilize the functionalities of their systems to meet their treasury objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' treasury processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Implement and configure treasury management systems according to client needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing financial operations.

  • Provide expert advice and solutions to clients for enhancing their use of TMS, including training on underutilized functionalities.

  • Develop and maintain robust interfaces between TMS and other financial systems, ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.

  • Utilize SQL, PowerBI, Crystal Reports, and AI to create reports and dashboards that support strategic decision-making.

  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in treasury technology to provide forward-thinking advice to clients.

  • Foster long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor in all aspects of their treasury operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in treasury operations and systems consultancy, ideally with certifications in the main Treasury Management Systems.

  • A strong background in finance or related field, with certification as a Treasurer being highly desirable.

  • Deep technical skills in SQL, PowerBI, Crystal Reports, and an understanding of AI applications in finance.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a consultative approach to addressing client needs.
    Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to a non-technical audience.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative in every project.

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch or other languages is a plus.
